This full Hatha yoga practice will acknowledge the support of Nature. We’ll begin with breathing and a full warm-up. Bone-strengthening stances, fluid sequences, balance poses and seats will help us find stillness in movement, and movement in stillness. Meditation and breath-work will quiet the mind, and a full relaxation will allow absorption and digestion on the physical, mental and emotional levels. It will be wonderful to be back in person iPam Butler Yoga Workshposn our open-air garden tent. Within the walled gardens of Ballin Temple, the space lends itself to an appreciation of the natural world and our place in it.
