This rejuvenating day retreat will use the Five Elements as our source of connection within, to our selves; and outwards, to our natural environment. The garden tent at Ballin Temple will serve as our base, but we will explore the woods, river and spaciousness of the fields around us. Snacks and a light lunch, right out of the organic veg patch as far as possible, will nourish us. The Eastern practices of hatha yoga and the internal martial arts will give structure to our exploration. The day will follow our natural rhythms – energetic in the morning and light in the afternoon.
