The Tullow Tuesday class is for improvers, those with some experience and familiarity with yoga. I always accept beginners to this class too, though it is better suited to beginners with reasonable mobility and some strength. We will work on the Shadow Yoga Prelude forms, which we’ve done before, and incorporate some of the meditative work that we did in the autumn, such as the Six Healing Sounds.
