Yoga supports us as we explore and make space for the body’s stories. Writing gives these stories form, shape, a narrative, it bears witness to our bodily experiences and deepens our relationship to self and the world around us. And our nervous system is where all our stories begin.
Life during the pandemic, with its fears, real and imagined, have locked us in a relentless and exhausting state of uncertainty. Through mindful, engaged yoga practices which challenge the body, and insightful, playful writing tools to challenge the mind, this full day in-person workshop will gently calm your nervous system and lovingly guide you back to the safety of your body.
