Yoga & Sleep Retreats
“I thought Pamela was a really gifted and excellent teacher. The different levels in the small group were seamlessly catered to and we all got a lot out of it. Margaret, 2015”
Lisnavagh, House, Co. Carlow
2025 Retreat dates:
24-26 January – New Year retreat
March 23 – 15 – Equinox retreat
These special retreats allow you to stop. Leaving mundane activities to the side for the weekend allows you to find inner stillness and quiet, rest and recharge, and practice the positive habits that allow you to thrive in life.
Yoga, meditation and relaxation will help you to renew your confidence, let go of stress, and rest deeply. Private rooms, nourishing food, fresh country air and leisure time support the internal work that yoga provides.
Pam has led dozens of Yoga & Sleep retreats over the past decade. Her experience and gentle touch are and integral part of this deeply rejuvenating experience.
Retreats are open to all. Unlike a “workshop” weekend, these retreats allow beginners and skilled yogis to slow down and observe internal patterns.
I just wanted to say thank you again for a lovely weekend. I feel so rested! I really enjoyed Pam’s classes. The food was delicious. I will be back again at some point! — Ruth, Yoga & Sleep Retreat January 2019
I think its our 4th time here and it just keeps giving – fab as always – see you next year! — Phil Purdue, Yoga Sleep Retreat December 2017
Imbolc: Celebrating Brigid, Nature and the Renewal of Life
Day Retreat, Saturday 1 February, Lisnavagh House, Co. Carlow
A day to celebrate women, sisterhood and the blessings of water and light. Bridget can be called upon to ignite the Eternal Spark of New Life, Inspiration, Healing and Protection.
This retreat will gently guide you to connect mind, matter and breath. Brigid’s wisdom and powers of healing will guide our awakening to the rhythms and patterns of Spring, the season of renewal and emergent life
Bridget ‘The High One’ a member of the Tuatha De Danann, the supernatural race of Kings, Queens, Druids, Bards, Heroes and Healers of pre–Christian Gaelic Ireland.
The Triple essence of the Goddess Bridget denotes the Maid, the Mother and the Wise One. The stories in Ireland of the Saint and the Goddess are so inextricably interwoven that it is hard to disconnect them; in the same way that Irish history and mythology are interwoven to create a rich tapestry that we can draw upon in ritual and prayer offering us practices of devotion to call upon as we walk Our Beautiful Land.
