A balanced yoga practice helps you to cultivate qualities of self-awareness, patience, resilience, strength, flexibility, acceptance and contentment.

Rooted in the Vedic philosophy, Hatha yoga works on the basis that the mind and body are one. It comprises practices of a physical, mental and spiritual nature, in an unimposed way.

The process of yoga is to become self aware – to know yourself – by being a witness to your own patterns; to uncover your physical and mental patterns and learn to let them go. The result is that your scattered energy becomes centralised.

Pam helps people develop physical fitness as well as learning techniques to manage stress. Feel free to book a class or contact Pam for information.
