Shadow yoga provides a firm foundation and clear path to cultivating a safe and effective yoga practice. The first step is to strengthen the musculoskeletal system, develop joint mobility and improve coordination of body, limbs and breath in preparation for the three Prelude Forms.
This workshop will introduce the fundamental structure of a Shadow-style practice. It is suitable for all levels, from beginners to those with some experience of yoga who wish to learn more about Shadow-style yoga.

Experience a daily yoga practice, developing the rhythm and skills of foundation-level Shadow-style hatha yoga. This workshop is open to all, including beginners.
